Obama saves Lit authors High School stories!

As you may be aware, High School stories are very popular, as many of us first started experimenting then. However, many high school seniors aren't even 18, so stories set in high school are...difficult to pull off while meeting Literotica standards.

President Obama has just announced a plan to make community college Associate's Degree's free to all. (Note: This is not a thread to discuss your political leanings. Yes, this means you.)

I can envision this being like a High School Plus, and a great seed for story settings. In effect, you now have 13th and 14th graders, all of appropriate age, yet still in a "high schooly" environment. You still would have a wide range of incomes and abilities (it's free, after all). Students would be adults by age but still be in a children's environment. Features:

-living at home
-mingling with a large number of peers of a similar age
-teachers and administrators responsible for them
-a single building where numerous different activities take place
-cliques of students

And they are all over 18!

Yeah, that idea of Obama's is never going to happen. This is America and that's horrible socialism and since Lit tends to be polite about the concept that High School Seniors are by defintion 18 and high school students are seniors unless otherwise stated this seems like a lot of work to go through for bare minimal results.

Some USA Junior / Community Colleges have traditionally been extensions of the nearest high school(s), even to the extent of local high school teachers moonlighting on evening, weekend or summer classes. I experienced this myself. JCs/CCs also attract mature and senior students, so the campus population can be quite diverse, age-wise, which should allow many plot bunnies to breed.

I mentioned some possibilities in a current thread about teacher+student erotica. Such may include:

* Older teacher(s) and younger student(s); younger teacher(s) and older student(s); either may seduce or coerce; who makes the move(s)?

* Continuing HS cliques vs focused veterans or determined housewives; do age and treachery prevail over youth and arrogance? How wetly?

* Are the teachers and students entirely human? Can the bestiality and underage cards be successfully played with some fantasy/SF settings?

Mr Obama's proposal might succeed, might not. Doesn't matter here -- we can write of JC-as-HS-plus with total fidelity to truth, justice, and the Arizonan way.
