AND does whatever the fuck he wants without trying to appease the (electoral minority) suckers that installed him,
AND has no real interest in a second term,
THEN he'll be a constant Lame Duck.

That's a very liberating position. Nothing he does will have consequences to him so long as he avoids impeachment or assassination. Why bother keeping ANY of the campaign promises that lured the suckers? He can grow his brand, grow his business empire, and have lots of fun. Any flack flung toward him, he'll merely tweet into oblivion. Just watch: if he goes outrageous, he's only in it for the lulz.
