Very interesting interview with his x-wife this morning. According to her the Oath Keepers in the beginning had many Democrats, Libertarians and Republicans as apart of the organization. According to her, Rhodes sold the organization to new folks as being like the ACLU...hmmm.

I'm looking forward to the sentencing part of this to see how severe a sentence one will get for sedition and being a traitor to ones country.
If you break the law you get to go to jail around here... fairly simple and yet criminals never get it

The ties between the California Three Percenter defendants and the Oath Keepers indictment were uncovered by the anonymous investigative group Capitol Terrorist Exposers, one of several groups in the broader “Sedition Hunters” community that are investigating Jan. 6 suspects. By tirelessly poring over videos and photographs, members of the public have helped identify and build cases against hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants, and they say they’ve identified hundreds of additional rioters who have not been arrested by the FBI.

Online sleuths noticed that the radio channel referred to by Kinnison in his indictment, 142.422, was the same one mentioned in chats released in connection with the Oath Keepers case last month. From there, citizen investigators say they connected Kinnison to chats hacked from the Oath Keepers, where Kinnison apparently went by “BIGDEE.” They also say they traced his location on Jan. 6 and the days leading up to the attack, matching up his locations in videos and photos with his chats.
As the Jan. 6 committee gears up for public hearings starting next month and as major Jan. 6 cases move closer to trial, the wide reach of the Oath Keepers on Jan. 6 will get a broader airing. Video released by lawyers in connection with Tarrio’s case this week shows a meeting between the Proud Boys head and the Oath Keepers in a garage on Jan. 5. In the video, a man who accompanied Rhodes to the meeting seems to anticipate what will happen the next day.

“It’s inevitable what’s going to happen,” he says. “We’ve just got to do it as a team together — strong, hard, fast.”

rhodes' latest bid to get out of jail before trial bites the dust. judge rules:
Mehta said the sum of the allegations “weighs in favor of detention.” In his view, Rhodes’ mass weapons purchases after Jan. 6 were not consistent with self defense. He cited messages Rhodes had written to his subordinates about how to lay low and avoid false flag operations. He said Rhodes showed “key awareness” of how to avoid scrutiny, adding, “This is the language of someone sophisticated in avoiding detection.” The judge insisted that, were Rhodes released, there is “simply no way to fully ensure that Mr. Rhodes will not” return to his dangerous conduct.

Rakoczy read into evidence a new text from that same chat in which Rhodes wrote that the Oath Keepers wouldn’t wait around for authorization from Trump. “He must know that if he fails to act, we will,” Rhodes wrote. “He has to understand that we will have no choice.”

As Jan. 6 approached, prosecutors say, Rhodes instructed his subordinates to “be prepared for a major letdown on the 6th through the 8th, and get ready to do it ourselves.” He added: “On the 6th, they are going to put the final nail in the coffin of this republic unless we fight our way out, with Trump (preferably) or without him, we have no choice.”

The DOJ is getting people used to the idea that no one is above the law, and that seditious conspiracy is a serious matter that warrants prison time.

I'm going to hold on that "no one's above the law" until the first criminal indictment of Donald Trump comes down. So far he's floated above the law for a couple of decades longer than other folks do.

Guilty...that's gotta burn the Republicans's asses.
It shouldn't be about "burning the Republican's asses," but more about justice being served...blind, non-partisan justice.

If you commit treason, regardless of which political party or cause you claim to belong to; you should pay the consequence, and I for one am glad to see it happen to a scumbag like Rhodes. Nobody should be above the law. I know that true, good law abiding Republicans understand this.

If the Republicans are not going to police their own...damn right I want it to burn all Republicans. Sorry I view this very differently than you. I view silence as complicity. This country has no place for Fascism

Yeah, I purposefully exaggerated my optimism and confidence to reflect what SHOULD happen to the ACTUAL leaders of the seditious conspiracy, not necessarily what WILL happen to them.

In all actuality, I remain cautiously optimistic that Merrick Garland and others will follow through and prosecute the criminals for their crimes.

We shall see.

Today was still a great day regardless.

And, the big bonus may turn out to be one of these seditionists ratting out Oliver Stone's communication pipeline to Trump. This is no longer just a case of a riot gone bad, and the seditionists are staring at some hard time.

An orange suit would complement Trump's style very nicely. He could rake a lot of forests in that orange suit.

Pretty sure Oliver Stone had nothing to do with it.

Imagine of the DOJ treated dem's equally. Peaceful protests = $$$billions in damages and deaths vs Jan 6th fbi entrapment = zero damages/deaths.

Pretty sure you're turning the wrong Stone. No Iran or Contras involved here. Roger that?

At least the board Trumpettes will have to shut up about no one having been charged with or convicted of sedition.
Nope, now they will just claim it's a conspiracy headed by the "Deep State' to convict "innocent protesters". Their playbook doesn't have a lot of moves...

Stone even said he won't be making any movies about Trump which I personally think is too bad cuz JFK was pretty good even if bullshit and W was better than expected even if largely sympathetic to him.
I still say Platoon sucked tho. Heavy handed and poorly written IMO.
And don't get me started on Natural Born Killers. Ugh. Great moments surrounded by self-indulgent shit. Waste of a good idea.
Anyway coati is a moron.

Yup, turned the wrong Stone. But it's the thought that counts.

Roger is the likely the go-between for the Oath Keepers and Trump. Hope the Oath Keepers finger him- who knows, maybe they will get a break on their sentences.
