About a month ago, a buddy of mine came down with testicular cancer and had to remove one of his testicles. He's fine now he's only worried what girls will think when he wants to have sex with them. He's worried that it will effect there image on him and there sexual preference. What do you think?
He's only 20 and expects to find more girls in his life and he's worried what people will think when they find he only has one testicle. So basically, he's scared shitless. Anybody have any info or suggestions or something? I told him about Lit and he asked if I could post this. He's right next to me and hopefully, we'll get some answers.

I know a man who lost one testicle to testicular cancer. After he recovered he married.
His one remaining nut gave him five children. Tell your buddy not to worry. He'll do just fine.

but she would have to be REALLy close to notice. And cancer isn't contagious.

As a female, I don't think I'd really care. A man's balls are not what does the fucking. If he had penis cancer or something and had to have that removed, that would be another story. He should be up-front about it; no one really likes surprises in the bed room, unless it's a toy or something. If a woman he's with went to suck his sack, she'd definitely find out then. Unless a woman has a serious testicle fetish, though, and desperately needs her man to have two, I think he should be fine.

Tell him that he should not worry.Yes she will probly notice,but like College_geek said It wont bother her.He will be able to perform just fine with one testical and should be able to have kids.
If it gets to the point they are gonna have sex then just be honest and up front.If she is not ok with it then she was not worth having to start with.

Yes you're right mate, if he's going to suffer emotionally from this lack of a dangler, they do offer cosmetic surgery to implant a fake nut in the spare slot to give the apperance of normality... Having said that I also agree he shouldn't worry, no one's going to reject him on those grounds I don't think, and as others have said, one nut produces plenty of sperm to do the business.
