Well I haven't gotten naughty with a patient but I know some who have.


have worked as a nurse since 1992 and I love working in the ICU setting.

Count me in - work Neonatal intensive care -

R nite - yeah too many pornos - but I did have to show a woman my own age as a student how to do a breast exam - had to leave the room several times - too large a view popped up - very very hard to keep a professional thought in your head when your dick is showing in your thin scrubs!!!

well right now doc I wear casual cloths to work and before that it was hospital supplied scrubs

so the answer is NO

I have worn them with a SO - just to play with...scrub bottoms have a tie and slit in the side - tastefully uncovered!!!

Well actually I probably have about 50 sets because the last hospital I worked in when they issued scrubs they didn't want them returned.

don't uderstand most of my friends would do anything to have a set of scrubs - but to nurses they are WORK clothes not cool clothes!! My idea is to sell them you can get like 30 bucks for a set - people LOVE the real ones!!

Sorry Doctor Insanus. Those cool uniforms you see in the porno films stay in the porno films. We females wear mostly drawstring scrub pants and a shirt tucked in. Nothing very sexy about it I'm afraid.

And I have never groped a patient, lol. But I have been groped many times and I have learned to watch the hands as I lean over examining them, lol. Have had my nipples tweaked many times by older patients. They do regret doing that though. One did it to me and the male nurses in my unit who tend to be protective of me anyway, went into the room and closed the door. Not sure what they said to this one man, but I received an apology shortly after that. Besides, it's really not very smart to piss off the person who controls your pain medication, lol. Just kidding..

Oh and in answer to your question Blue, as you know, I work Trauma ICU and E.R.

Good luck to you then, and you CNA's are appreciated. We don't have them in our ICU , we voted them out, because we prefered doing things like baths and such ourselves. It allows us to really assess their skin integrity. We also were able to gain a R.N. in place of the CNA'a which we needed really badly. But the units and floors that have you guys praise you all the time. You have a thankless job and are often overlooked. Kudos to you!

I've been a CNA for 13 years. And working in the same hospital for 10yrs, mostly in the nursing home.

We don't use CNAs in the ICU anymore either but I have covered for lunches there many a time or helped with a difficult patient. My supervisor seems to think the off the wall ones like me. Go figure.

I've worked every unit in our hospital at one time or another. I like them all. But I think when I get my RN I want to be an ICU nurse.

Nurses are my favorite peoples

I worked as a nurse before I became a PA. The women and men who choose the nursing field are some of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever met. I have a great deal of respect for them. The job is demanding and stressful and most perform it with grace and skill. You do an AWESOME job!!!

Hey Stone! I'm a NICU nurse too.

I've been in neonatal care now for oh, about 11 years. Absolutely adore it. I've seen more in those 11 years than most people could imagine in a lifetime. The good times far outweigh the bad though. Looking back, there's nothing much I would change. Other than the fact I would have liked to continue my education sooner. I'm striving to become an NNP in the distant future. Lord willing and the creek don't rise.

And in regards to skimpy lil white nursing outfits? Shya'right! Keep dreaming. *LOL* I work in pj's, otherwise known as scrubs. Yuck! How anyone could possibly find those attractive is beyond me.

Hey, my scrubs are sexy...if you are blind!
I work ER and have to admit I have never groped or taken a patient home with me. I do, however, have one friend who took a guy home and spent the weekend and another who married a patient...

I have been groped, pinched, tweaked, rubbed and otherwise felt all over for about 15 years now....

And no, I don't wear the scrubs for my hubby....he has seen them for too many years and finds NOTHING exciting about them!
