There are a couple of nudist camps in my area and I've been curious about them, but it's not an idea I can bring to the wife.
What are the general etiquette guidelines aside from maintain eye contact, don't stare, and didn't sit in anything without a towel under you?
The camps nearby are "family" camps, so are there unwritten rules about walking around with an erection? Am I expected to hide it if I get one? I'm in my 40's and he doesn't spring to attention for no reason anymore, but I would also assume that it's understood that the occasional involuntary arousal does occur.
Are these camps exactly as advertised and just compounds where you can wander around in the nude, or can they be a swinger magnet?
One of the three nearby is a lgbt camp, so I'm guessing that one has a much more lax view on hookups.

The resort we go to has a nudist section but people still walk past the none nudist section. Doesn’t appear to be a sexual thing for them.

You mentioned "family" camps. If there were kids around, wouldn't you 100% absolutely want to hide it if you got one? Like, that would be a personal rule, right?

I can't think of a reason anyone would be hanging around an area where they were in general, but then again I wasn't asking about specific situations, I was asking about in general.
I guess there aren't any experienced nudists on the board to answer.

Not from that area but have been to a nudist campground and a nude beach.
You would be surprised if you go with the mindset of just enjoying being naked and not about who would like to f#$% you can probably do it erection free.
The places I went were 18 and over which I would prefer.
