Well I have two thoughts, one is one of those nude in school or pep rally dreams, except it's not a dream and the pep rally turns into an orgy. Or in class, it being a smaller class the other students grab her, or him and either bend her over a desk or strap him down on the teachers desk and then use him/her for their own pleasure, and of course him/hers.

I prefer the all naked approach, the new equivilent to a non uniform day, or to project it a year or two into the future where a nudist cult insist on the right to attend school naked. In the end does it really matter, as it is very much the minor part of the story. I think the tricky part is to keep an erotic and plausable sory running.

How about its an alien school, and the first class of humans is attending, but the aliens believe clothing is only for adults so all studens have to go nude or something like that?

(Man I don't know how many times I've had some dream which invovled being the only one nude at school, but I've never had one where everyone was nude, I don't think.)

How far do you want to take this?

I'd like it a romance with frequent scenes of partial nudity (top more often than bottom), full frontal, and public nudity.
Unless you want it actually IN the classroom, you can make the romance as if a college student is held back a few grades, and falls for his highschool teacher.
The "Teacher's Lounge" is then open to orgies, while the younger kids are on the other side of the school.
The naked romance continues after class (in public rooms the kids have been in), in the form of sexless naked teasing.
This can also include an "extra credit" Sex Ed. class with a home tooter.

Lastly you can have a few incest scenes (no-one in family under 18) with the tooter at home, and the teacher in school.
