We moved recently to a different rental house and we have an outdoor shower. There's another door off my bedroom that leads outside and it just happens to be next to the little deck at the door. Its has a pretty visible covering around it. Not sure if the neighbors could see or not next door with the brush running along the fence line. I honestly don't care if they did or not. I'm curious to use it some time.

When I first got married, my wife's mother walked in on me when I was drying off. I had my contact lenses out as I'd just gotten up and I thought it was my wife. Her mom stood there and was using our hotel bathroom to brush her teeth as her husband was in her bathroom using it. We were in a suite so she just walked across the room. My wife was down at breakfast in the dining room of the hotel but I wasn't aware that any of this was going on. I thought it was her standing there until I got close enough to see. She came in and started brushing and I dried off and talked to her during that process. She wasn't sexy or anything but she saw me naked a few more times....she even caught me jacking off once.
