Now Trump wants fair trade with Canada?

The term "fair trade" usually represents an agenda entirely inimical to Trump's -- i.e., making Third World countries pay their workers decently and protect the environment from industrial pollution.

Benighted Canada, of course, is Fourth World, so some allowances must necessarily be made. But I do understand that at least some subhuman Canadians can at least be trained to perform some tasks more complicated than a monkey can do. All right, maybe not a monkey, but definitely more complicated than what a lemur or tarsier can do. All right, maybe even that is going too far, so let's just ascribe to Canucks the mental abilities of vertebrates in general. They are vertebrates, aren't they? If we define the term loosely?
