Thin slice one pound of very lean Top Loin Beef across the grain. (I cut it into one inch long pieces as well, but that's just me.)

In a Blender put:
4+ Cloves of Garlic, chopped
3-4 Green Onions, chopped
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
5 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Sessame Oil
1/4 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
2 Birds Eye Peppers, (Or other small spicy Peppers. ie Thai's)

Pulse in blender until the Garlic and Onions are chopped fine and the entire mix is belnded smooth.

Mix with the meat in a stain free bowl, (ie. glass) making sure to caot all sides of the meat.

Refrigerate for at least three hours.

Stir fry the meat in a large Wok or Fry Pan over medium heat. Cook for roughly two to three minutes per side until the meat turns browning grey. (This leaves the meat cooked through but still tender.)

Serve over rice for an Ameicanized meal or on leaf Lettuce with Rice and Kimchi for a Korean Style meal. (You put a pice of meat on the leaf after removing the rib from the leaf. Add a dab of Rice and some Kinchi then fold the leaf into a small packet.)
