This is sooooo aggravating.

Due to their own stupidity my b/f's brother, his girfriend, her 2 boys and his and her 3 yr old girl, along with their 3 cats, 2 birds and a hamster have moved in with us while they wait for their section 8 to come through.

I have decided the 3 yr olds Indian name is : She Who Screams Piercingly For No Reason

The 2 boys fight all day long, and the girlfriend insists on watching each and every episode of Jerry Springer ( shudder ) they show during the day with the volume very loud.

Now I can't get back to sleep and I am not off work till Saturday.

Maybe I should change that 1st sentence to " due to my own stupidity " I was the one who could not bear to see the kids sleeping in the car in January.

Have you tried laying down some rules for them? Like: Shut your kids up and turn the fucking tv down while I'm trying to sleep so we can keep this house so your lazy asses can stay here?!?!

Yeah, I have set down rules. They won't enforce them. The kids have no discipline at all. And the 2 boys have some sort of behavioral/mental problem they are supposed to take medication for. Hopefully it will not be for too long. A week or two at most. That is all I am going to be able to take. The brother is not too bad, it is his girlfriend. I am not even going to begin a rant about her but ...... let me say her house was such a pigsty, that the humane society removed her pets saying their health was endangered by the condition of the house. They took the PETS and left the CHILDREN ?!?! What fucking kind of logic is this ?
All I can say is it's only because of the kids. She made her bed and she can lay in it. The kids don't have any choice really. I don't really like kids as a general rule. But I can't turn a child away when they are endangered or in need.

Ugh.. I know how you feel about that kind of parent.. Reminds me of some of my family.. I always used to wind up babysitting for monstrosities at family reunions.. My thing with kids is I like the smart ones, ones who remind me of me at that age.. I get along great with them. Kids with behavior problems tend to irk me after a few hours, kind of makes me worry about ever having children, I'm not sure of how good of a father figure I'd make.. I am about to face the same situation. My out-laws will be here on Thursday. He is very sick and I will be taking care of him. Not to mention I have alot of MD friends that will assisst me with this. I can sacrifice the BS that my out-laws <oops In-laws> may give me in order to help him to his recovery.
