Can someone give me a general idea of how long a novel/novella should be at MINIMUM on Lit? word count would be best, not pages... since those aren't standard...

It depends.
If you are going to write several chapters, or several linked stories, then anything over the minimum 750 words would qualify.
If a stand alone story, my guess would be 7,500 words as a minimum for a novella.
The problem for any author submitting to Lit is that Novels and Novellas covers every other category. If you are writing Non-Consent or Incest then the story should be in those, no matter how long it is. In Novels and Novellas you are going to get fewer views and fewer votes than almost any other category except Non-Erotic.
