The dogs are running through the fields without any guidance.
The pack has split up, and are chasing after everything that moves.

One had contracted rabies, and due to irresponsibility, the rabies spread through the pack. Everyone gave up on the hunt. The pack started to bite the horses and rider's boots.

The riders retired to their host's lodge to gamble.

It is harvest, but no one is harvesting.

Congress Overrides Obama's Veto On Sept. 11 Lawsuit Bill

Families of Sept. 11 victims have demanded a right to seek monetary compensation from Saudi Arabia since the attacks, and versions of this bill have been floating around the Capitol since as far back as 2009, but the legislation never reached the floor until this year.

It sailed through both chambers without any opposition, but did so without a formal tally of votes. Passage of JASTA was done by so-called "unanimous consent" in the Senate, and by voice vote in the House.

John Brennan, the director of the CIA, warned that the legislation would have “grave implications” for US national security. Speaking at a forum in Washington, he said: “The most damaging consequence would be for those US government officials who dutifully work overseas on behalf of our country. The principle of sovereign immunity protects US officials every day, and is rooted in reciprocity. If we fail to uphold this standard for other countries, we place our own nation’s officials in danger.”

Tuesday, Earnest said: “The president has strong views about this legislation and the impact that it would have not just on the US relationship with Saudi Arabia, but with countries around the world. It would increase the risk that is facing our service members and our diplomats and our intelligence professionals. And that is a view that president has stated on a number of occasions.”

In a letter sent to Reid this week, Obama warned the bill would erode sovereign immunity principles that prevent foreign litigants “from second-guessing our counter-terrorism operations and other actions that we take .."

The newly-passed bill supersedes a 1976 law that granted other countries immunity from American lawsuits, making it possible for nations to be taken to court over their potential involvement in deadly terrorist acts committed within the U.S. It also stands as a sign of Washington's growing anxiety over its ties to Saudi Arabia, which has stood as one of America's Middle Eastern allies for decades and benefitted from $60 billion in arms sales during the Obama administration.

And now they're trying to claw it back.

I swear, if every congressperson changed places with their spouse for one day, this country would be in much better shape.
