The background:

Ever since I started writing more and producing av's and things like that, I demanded my own laptop. I was tired of clearing the computer's history to make it safe for Auntie Marge.

The disaster:

Yesterday we were all sitting in the sofa, wanting to see a family movie but the DVD went kaboom. Bright idea, let's see it on Maharat's new flashy laptop.

Some fumbling with the monitor later, working blindly until we managed to send the signal to the tv and...

There is me in various stages of belly dancer undress. Somehow I got photoshop album open...

I was desperate to hit alt-f4, but from what I could see, only the avs were on, and not the really bad stuff. Lucky I take so many pictures, and that the latest have been more...conservative :catroar:

Only the immediate family was present, but hey, the immediate family are the only people I would rather not flash :eek:

oh, they know about the belly dancing, and they have asked for a demonstration. Some of my in-laws have started lessons because of me but...

I don't think they *really* want to see it.

They just think they do.

I feel that none of us can really make an honest judgement about this issue without seeing the "goodies" so to speak. After all, those kinds of pictures range from "ART" to "SMUT" and, without seeing for ourselves, how can we decide?

Frankly, I suspedt your aunt might be a little over the top on this. In fact, I heard a rumor that she, in fact, has a website of your own where, for the low price of $29.95 per month, one can see far more that you've ever want. I actually heard a story about a confirmed "porno-phile" who visited one such site and, after just a short visit, gave up porn, sex and all forms of human interaction entirely. I believe he now lives in a cave deep in the wilds of Yellowstone.

So, you see, we need to see these pictures so we can save you from potentially destorying the life of some pervert.

Google retains archive references (much debated and contested) infinitely. Some deleted Lit posts are accessible through Google archive.

Like e-mails, anything you post to the net stays in some cache somewhere. Be very careful.

I wouldn't worry about it. With a casual view they saw pics of your bellydances, nothing more, and they knew already that you did that. Everything should be alright. :rose:

Because I live in the middle east :) , and my father-in-law leaves the room when couples kiss :)

Besides, I was not sure they had not seen some of the "other" pictures. I only saw that the friggin program opened itself...

Are you in one of those areas where public dancers have to have their tummies covered?

Where I live, there are many dancers, and I remember noticing that the covered-up dancers were incredibly sexy. It was wonderful to watch!

If the shit hits the fan you can come live with me.

As I recall from my days in Lebanon, the belly dancers could wear costumes much like your pictures as long as their shoulders remained level with the floor, (I thought that was odd) because that was concidered overtly sexual.

You are a beautiful woman and I have seen nothing to make me believe you are anything but the nice person you seem.

nope, just the in-laws are very square.

The thing about dancing covered up is that the movements need to be more exagerated to be seen. When the skin is bared, one can see the muscles rolling, or the smallest movement of the hip.
