Charlize plays an older married woman with two older kids and a newborn, and her husband convinces her to hire a temp night nanny who will just hang out in the house overnight and take care of the baby so that the mom can sleep through the night.

It's a very sweet, wistful, sometimes funny movie, but there is a scene about two thirds in...

The two women have bonded, and Charlize is feeling guilty that her postpartum sex drive is dead and her husband is feeling lonely and frustrated. So she asks Mackenzie to "help out," and there's a really strange, tender, SUPER HOT kind-of-threesome that kind of comes out of nowhere. Not extremely explicit, but in the context of the movie... Whew

I thin if you're going to write it as suggested, you need make it implicit that she is not doing this out of some sort of percieved obligation or guilt or you are going to turn off your readers.

I'd make it a cut and dry cuckquean story.
They try a little hotwifing and then a little swinging and during a same room swap session she find that she LOVES watching him with another woman.

So much so that what the other man was doing to her was an unwanted distraction, though she was too polite to say so at the moment. All she wanted was her eyes and her vibrator.

As for who she recruits, it's easy. The coworker who's always gushing about her husband after company parties. "You're so lucky, Annie! Brad is real catch."

Or her friend from church who is divorcing the guy who hasn't touched her in years. Maybe help her get a little confidence back before jumping into the dating pool.

The 20 year old college coed that used to babysit for them that she knows her husband peeks on when subathing in the yard next door.

You could add family if that's your bag or maybe the lonely older widow from her carpool.

Doing something nice for someone who desperately needs what her husband has in spades, would check all the boxes for her.
