Not getting feedback emails

I sent a feedback message to myself, but I never got it. I did this because I asked a few volunteer editors for help but heard nothing. I've made sure the email is correct and I have had notifications in the past, but apparently I don't receive messages. I checked my account and nothing is set to block any messages or feedback. I'm not sure what's happened, maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place. I tried finding a thread with this info, but if there is one it is buried by other posts. All I found was the conversation tab, but that is empty as well. Please let me know how I can fix this. I was told to have a volunteer look at one of my stories before I resubmit it.

Feedback emails are not working, or are extremely delayed. I sent test messages through my profile days apart, and didn't receive them for days longer, and within minutes of each other. Sent another test last night and have not received it.
