I wish you the best of luck in your search. I have personally tried this for South Dakota and it died a pretty quick death. Hmm. I guess I'm a rare bird, too, in the sense that I originally hail from the Dakotas.

They say South Dakota is growing (more than 800,000 people now ... wow! **LOL**) while North Dakota is staying steady to slightly losing in population.

FWIW, I am 33, peruse Literotica on occasion (duh) and am (insert another "duh" here) a writer. Heh. From a writer's perspective, some interesting things pop up on Literotica from time to time.
