Nonsmoking Clubs?

So my wife and I like to go to strip clubs on a semiregular basis. However, she has been diagnosed with a lung problem, which can be aggravated by secondhand smoke (she never smoked in her life). Is it conceivable that there are strip clubs in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami FL area that have a nonsmoking policy ? Every time we've asked, the proprietors/hostesses look at us as though we were crazy.... Barring that, does anyone know of any solutions to this sort of problem?
