Nonconsent or LW, husband drops his wife off for a cruise to be trained

Hi, I read this story here years ago, and now can't find it.

A husband and wife arrive at a dock for a chartered cruise run by two men. But the husband takes off and leaves her to go on the cruise by herself. It turns out that the two men run a service where they "retrain" disrespectful or disloyal wives, and the husband has hired them to handle his wife. They strip her naked, and she has to "earn" food or drink or items of clothing by servicing them. At one point they threaten to throw her overboard. Another time they strap her on deck at the bow of the yacht for an entire day. Of course the cruise ends and the wife is now prepared to show "proper respect" to her husband, and they live happily ever after.

This might have been part of a series featuring the two guys and the yacht. Any ideas?
