I suppose this sounds like a silly objection, seeing as it is all fantasy, but I think there has to be a little bit of 'magic' of some sort to let the reader suspend belief. What I mean is that the boss must magically have some insight into the heroine that she will respond positively to the treatment, (perhaps discovered her diary?) or there is something 'magical' about the treatment she receives. (hypnotism/strange smelling incense) I am using the term magical to mean anything that points out to the reader that normal rules do not apply.

"Brainwashing" type stuff can be used. She can be given some kind of drug to be made more 'susceptable' to the input and then conditioned to respond.

Some psychologists argue that we're all bi to some degree and that women are, because of cultural conditioning, more likely to act on that then men. There's less of a stigma attached to a woman 'experimenting' with her bi-sexuality then a man. That can be used as a premise for a story of this type.

If she is abducted and then trained, who said that she would be willing at all? Perhaps as in any rape, she feels it's safest to go along and (hopefully) wait it out. What she doesn't realize is how dedicated to converting her her attacker(s)is, having planned over the course of several years. Maybe the victim is a school teacher herself, and had just announced that she and her husband are going to try to get pregnant. The wicked principal decides now is the time to make her self serving plan a reality, before it's too late...
Eventually, the pretty, young teacher accepts her role as sex servent to any/all women who will have her...

You guys are making Chicklet's idea too complicated.

The girl's abducted and sent for some kind of training. She resists but is forced to orgasm by all different kinds of ways - all by another woman. Eventually, she comes to accept what's going on and becomes a willing participant.

And boys, a woman CAN be 'forced' to cum against her will if the person doing it is skillful enough.

Psychological tactics slowly wearing her down. She's not going to think "ooh yuk", then have her first taste and decide she loves it. Okay, that's what happens in the stories, but not in real-life lesbian kidnapping schools, I'm sure.

One of the other kidnapped women also resists. They plot to escape. They manage to get assigned to each other so they can just pretend to be doing it.

But the other one is only pretending to pretend. Really she's in on it, slowly trying to get the victim to approach closer and become at ease with it.

she could be one of the teachers at the school, one of the higher-ups, and the girl doesn't know! excellent...make the main character trust her, that makes the humiliation later even greater, or we could turn it so that she starts to enjoy it with her "friend"
