Hi guys!
There was this~10 part story ages ago about a woman living in a male-dominated dystopian world working in some massive corporation. She catches the eye of one of the bosses and is more or less forced into a gambling situation at a poker night where it's basically her freedom against a pile of money.
She loses of course and has to live with her boss henceforth. It has some bdsm elements in it, but in hindsight it's more non-con mixed with stockholm-syndrome.
In the end, they fight the government together and work out a deal where they leave them alone for fear of them leaking some information.
Aside from it being very well written, I remember that one scene where she lost it all in that poker chapter (they slipped something in her drink she found out later that made her more foolhardy).
Her desperation as she realizes she had just lost her freedom mixed with the nonchalant way the three men took her right then at the table was something that really stuck with me.
I know the story had a pretty good rating (~4.5) and was by a ~40y/o male author that has written lots of other stories. I can't tell you the title for the life of me as I read it over 2 years ago.
I won't get my hopes up, but maybe this short description rings a bell with someone. I'd really appreciate it!
