Doesn't anybody on here want to read and comment on my stuff? Oh well... thanks anyway.

Seriously, is there someplace you find out about how many votes your stories got?

Have you checked out Cactiphile's

Halfway down this page is a thread entitled "Feedback Circle", Glenn. It was begun by Cactiphile and is a you-read-my-stuff-and-i'll-read-yours sort of endeavor.

Circle members work down the list (those who joined first are at the top), reading and commenting on the stories of others in the Circle. If you just don't like a particular kind of story, skip it. No one will tar and feather you.

Basically, you give to get. Within the Circle, you network, you post, and people come to know you a little. You get more readers, and the readers you get provide you with feedback so you can grow as a writer.

It's not for everyone, perhaps, but it seems a sweeter and more positive situation then standing out here all alone, hoping for feedback. http://cwm.ragesofsanity.com/otn/wink/thumb.gif

If you don't want to do it, that's fine too (we've got plenty of stories to read already!) but you might want to provide a link in threads like this one to your Lit stories so readers can more easily access them.

Don't worry dude.. feedback is never what you think it's gonna be.. its like kissing your sister.. it just doesn't have that same pop to it.. {inner thought: now watch me get bitched out by all of the incest junkies}

My point: You never get as much feedback as you want.. most often, you don't get any.. It's not that you suck or anything, it's just that readers and other writers are too busy complaining about their own lack of feedback in order to give you some... When was the last time you sent an author feedback?

Login through the Story index page as if you were going to submit another story. Where your stories are listed on that versionof your profile page, the score and number of votes are listed.

PS: While you're there, check your e-mail address. You may have gotten some feedback that bounced because of a typo in your e-mail address or if it's a literotica.org address, it's been down for a week or so.

Thanks

Thanks for the info guys. I didn't know about the other thread.

P.S. Your right, I don't post comments nearly enough but I just commented on a story yesterday.
