You know one of the things I've realized that I don't think the powers that be in Austin have caught onto yet. All of these companies that are bringing employees from Cali and NY are bringing more Dem voters into the area.

I've seen more Dem signs in my area of North Texas than I've seen since the hay days of Anne Richards. Would not surprise me if a few more Dems were elected to the state legislature.

Texas going blue would be a real nail in (R)'s coffin.

I'm kinda hoping it happens just so (D) can be responsible for pretty much everything.

I really don't care either way. I know I know... But still. All I know is Trump reminds me of a rich 3rd grade brat who doesn't get what he demanded. He was probably the exact same now as he was in 3rd grade.

Companies are paying for employees to return home and vote?

Texas did vote for Carter in '76. Previous to that Democrats had a good chance to be voted for.

Still enough undecideds to swing Texas to the light side.

andddd... not everyone in america is stupid, there're just a lot more of them because of the size of the place. probably stupids per square mile works out around the same % 'cos people will be people.

Individually Yanks are as good a folk as any in the world. Even better than quite a few. Collectively...

I blame it on their backward arsed political system and blind devotion to a few pieces of paper. A bit of peace, order and good government would do wonders for them.

If the US does fall into chaos, hopefully a good root cause analysis will point towards a need for change.

All your Anglophone cousins will be quite happy to help you establish a proper responsible government.

No, don't cheat. One year my district had numerous special elections: school boards, primaries, runoffs, then the general election. I exercised my franchise till it was totally exhausted.
