You don't say where in Texas you are, but DFW has a HUGE BDSM community. So do Austin, Houston and San Antonio. I know people in all those.

I'm not familiar with much of the rest of the state but I know that there are dozens of groups scattered from El Paso to Houston and Brownsville to Laredo.
