How does Lit people celebrate easter?

It's going to be a family gathering in our house today and on our table today we have: Hearing (two sorts), deviled eggs, lamb, bbq duck with chevré and honey, couscous salat, cheese, beer, whine and Danish Akvavit. A apricot paj as dessert.

I think Easter Ham is most traditional in the United States, Lamb is popular, Herring, not so much.
