Could this be?

I went back three pages and see no threads for this. Is naNo cancelled this year?

Where's Ogg?

Q_C

I think Ogg is done with threads. There was one NaNo thread started, possibly two. I've signed up and put in some text but I think I'm just too busy with other things right now. :(

Personally I wish they'd pick another month. November's kind of busy with school for the kids, Thanksgiving -- which knocks out close to a week for me -- and then getting ready for Christmas. March would be a lot better.

Are you nominating yourself to run an AHNoWriMo in March? :D

Depends. How much does it pay? Or can someone watch my kids? ;)

Pay? Um . . . have you cleaned your car recently? Or shaken your kids' backpacks out? How about under the sofa cushions? Have you checked there? Do any of your neighbors have a metal detector you can borrow? No? You can't find any change anywhere?

Hmmm.

In that case, I don't think we can do much about pay, beyond the prestige of starting a thread in a forum frequented by anonymous perverts. And really, that's worthless--I mean, priceless--isn't it?

As for your kids . . . it'll be March. Just tell them to go play in the corner. It's not like they'll be going crazy after being inside all winter or anything . . . oh, wait.

They have a summer camp NaNo too. I don't remember which month it was but several people from my local NaNo group participated.

I've been on a job with no internet for 14 days. i also forgot my thumbdrive with all my stories on it. So i started 6 new stories, completed one and wrote a total of 41,000 word in less than ten days. NANO isn't a problem anymore if i have the time and the right stories. :D

I'm at 16,690 words, right on target. Oddly enough, my characters ended up fucking today. I guess it was inevitable. She's pregnant and her husband took off just after she found out. She's got to be incredibly horny.

I once did a story a day, or nearly, in August based on Ogg's prompts. Of course, I was out of work at that time.

There is a thread in the Writers Challenges forum.

I did NaNoWriMo successfully once and made it more difficult for myself by adding a requirement that the whole 50,000 words should be edited, submitted and POSTED to Literotica during the month.

My series Flawed Red Silk is the result and all the chapters were posted before the end of NaNoWriMo.

My internet time is becoming more restricted with babysitting the grandchildren and community activities. Although I might be here for several consecutive days, I could equally well be missing for a week so I can't guarantee being available to run an important thread.

Best wishes to all those doing this year's NaNoWriMo.

Now I'm off out to be the community guardian again...

I'm completely lost with my book Not sure what I want to do I may have to send in the zombies. Or something equally drastic.

I started but have been too busy to continue. sigh. Maybe that AHNoWriMo is a good idea...
