Nice thinking.
Public nudity (flashing and exhibitionism) and voeursim would be allowed, however it should have restrictions as well, such as having a time limit (extended with nudity cupons), resticted to certain places (I wouldn't want sperm near my food, although in these stories, people keep drinking it (drawback to oral), and with permission only (Peeping Tom law still applies).
In addition, video cameras and other recording devices cannot be present or on without the person's consent and traveling nude can only take place on specified paths, unless at school or on school grounds.

Speaking of school, you'll have to stay away from minors in the story.

I wrote most of that one in one sitting. Most often though I only have a few minutes a day to write, which is challenging.
