But two people commented on my story "Lucid Dreaming" on the public comment board. I just wanted to say thank you, to both of them, and to add a note for the person who said it was okay, but it seemed like there were pieces missing.
Yes, there were pieces missing. The original version of that story, which was written in response to some arsehole who disliked my second story under the literotica name Angel_in_Shadow. He thought it would be humorous, since the Dreaming In the Dark series was about lucid dreaming and astral travel, to write a story which featured me as the star of a lucid dream rape scenario. I was not amused, nor were any of my beta writers or coven members. As a result, I wrote L.D. The first version of that story was so graphically violent and angry, and incorporated so much of my ability to be the uber-bitch of the seventh circle of hell, that Literotica rejected it six times. Eventually, they accepted the seventh draft for the Erotic Horror section. It is much shorter, and much kinder than the original, which could have only been considered Erotica in the loosest sense of the word... there was sex involved... if you consider violent S&M rape sex. Truthfully, I'm glad I edited it down for this site. The fact that I could actualy be angry enough, and disgusted enough, to retaliate in such a way made me think less of myself. There is less passion in the current L.D (version 7.0, lol) but it's also something I don't feel ashamed of claiming.
There will be many, many more pieces coming on-site soon, if they make it past the Acceptance process. Some are Erotic Horror, quite a few are sweeter, kinder things, from romance to just plain smut with humor. I am ALWAYS thrilled to receive feedback (not of the type that inspired L.D. s'il te plait) and make it a point to always return feedback with a thank-you note. I also have much longer, more involved stories on the website you can access through my personal profile, but they require a hotmail account to post feedback for them. Although, you can just send feedback through here, I suppose.
