I've just got home, after 17 1/2 hours at work. Not that I mind the overtime mind you. But hell! It's normal to try to rotate duties every three hours or so. I spent the last 13 1/2 hours in one spot, fuckers. I did the courteous thing and reminded the boss 45 minutes before my standard 15 hour day was up that I was getting close to overtime. The did the arsehole thing, said thank you and ignored me the rest of the eveing.

In fact, the only time the boss spoke to me in the last half of the day was to tell me to park in the designated spot next time. When I'd been instructed to park my car in the street I was partolling early that morning - by the same boss.
