They had information he might be there or that his drugs and money might be there and that he had been receiving and picking up packages at Taylor's address. That's why the warrant was against the address, not the occupant. The present boyfriend who shot the cop thought the cop was her former boyfriend breaking in, dipshit. So, GOFUCKYOUSELF.

Did they find Glover's gun in the innocent's apartment?
Did they even find Glover's drugs or money in the innocent's apartment?

Oh, he wasn't there. Bad intel from above led incompetent officers to murder Breonna in cold blood.

and the murderous officer was fired.

I do not believe the officers serving the no-knock warrant were doing anything but their job.

My issue is with how something so un-American as no-knock warrants can even be a thing in America.

They would seem to be so wretched, antithetical to the American ideal and such an obvious infringement on anyone's 4th Amendment rights that their existence should be the focus of the protests.

Riddle me this - Will Trump's Supreme Court reject no-knock warrants?

Are you really that dense? There was surveillance evidence that Glover was using BOTH properties (actually there were three warrants issued, one wasn't executed). The warrants were for the properties, not any specific individual. The police were to seize contraband associated with Glover and his confederates. It makes no difference at all that Glover was arrested at the other warrant location.

I also think you would be hard pressed to find anyone, including the LMPD superiors, who didn't think this no-knock raid on these locations got seriously fucked up via police incompetence.

This is a case a lot of us here(left and right) can agree on as being seriously in violation Constitutional rights for ALL of us and the police using deadly force in a grossly incompetent way. Then we start to see the police(LMPD) trying to cover their asses and also pass off the type of cover-up used in black neighborhoods for black people they have injured or, in this case, killed unjustly.

The LMPD's gross incompetence on the day they served this Warrent ended with an innocent person, an EMT, dead!

This is just wrong....and somebody has got to go to jail.

Check the source, check other sources...he was in custody. Are the police not communicating with themselves about the target? Or did something else take place around seizure?
They didn't find anything in Brianna's home. It's all reported in the local news papers many times.
