My wifes nipples don't point out. Is ther anyway to get them to stay out and hard?

I think i am yes. They do become hard during sex but then go again
She'd love to have them stay out and hard

I just wanted to make certain. I used to have both of my nipples inverted. It really bugged me and made me very self-conscious for a long time, because men made such an issue of it. I finally saw a doctor, and here is what he suggested:

Every day, pull the nipple out, using a twisting/rubbing motion. Put some force into it, and hopefully one day they'll pop out.

Yeah, it didn't work for me, either.

What did work for one nipple was this, and it was very unexpected. My partner at the time was sucking and biting, and I kept telling him to do it harder. He finally clamped down tight with his teeth and pulled/sucked almost as hard as a vacummn cleaner. Okay, maybe not that hard, but it was strong! He stopped when he tasted fluid, and when he pulled away the area around my nipple was bleeding. We both freaked out. That nipple hurt for days after that, but! It never went back in. It truly did "pop" out, and stayed out.

I would like the other nipple to join her sister, but so far no man has been willing to give it a go - especially when they find out how hard they have to bite/suck.

What I'm trying to tell you is that it takes a tremendous amount of pressure to pull those little girls out for good - and may be more pain than your wife can stand.

But, for a more serious consideration: there is a product on the market, I believe it is sold from the UK, that is targeted to women with inverted nipples. Actually, it is for women with inverted nipples who wish to breastfeed, but the concept is the same as the doctor passed along to me. There is a tiny suction cup that a woman places over her nipple. She then suctions the nipple into the little cup, and the mechanism is made to then stop the suction and hold the nipple in the cup. Unfortunately, a woman must wear these for the entire day. (and evening, too, I believe) Once her nipples have "popped" out, she can stop using it. I'm not certain if the company states this is a long term solution or not. The kit cost around $60US. If you are interested, I can dig up the web page for you to take a look. Don't make any guarantees, but the premise they state is the same the doctor gave me.

As to piercing, I really don't see how that would work with inverted nipples. Of course, I've never asked a piercer, so it might be an option. But I would think the piercing would have to be behind the nipple to keep it out and not through it. A piercing through the nipple would not help keep it "popped" out. It would simply invert, pulling the metal with it. Now, if it were pierced behind the nipple, I could see that working - forcing the nipple out. But do piercers do behind the nipple piercings, I wonder?

Thanks sexy
That product sound a good idea sinse i don't fancy the idea of herting her.
If you can find the web site that sold them, that'd be great

Thanks again

Actually, piercing the nipples has been used since victorian times to treat inverted nipples.

Everything I have read has suggested that a professional should be able to pierce someone with inverted nipples, the piercing will actually stop the nipple inverting and may even help with breast feeding in future. Depending of course on the severity of the inversion.

Another treatment is to insert a small piece of stainless steel into the nipple and then after some time - once some scar tissue has formed, remove the insertion. This is the same theory as piercing only the metal is removed. Piercing causes the same sort of scar tissue to develop which helps to prevent the nipple from inverting, and is less painful and much more attractive.

Here you go. The product is called Niplette and it is sold from a company in the UK. (Which should make it cheaper for you!)

The web site states that the results can be permanent and they take between 1 to 3 months depending on how inverted the nipples are, how sensitive the woman is to suction, and muscle condition. If you should decide to go with this product, please let me know how it turned out, okay? It costs around $60 for me, plus shipping, so that is quite an investment to make if the results are not all that great.
