I don't know that much about nippletraining yet, but I do know that you can harm the nerves therein if you keep at it for to long a time.

And that picture looks as fake as fake goes. I think if that was possible, we'd see a lot more pictures like that.

Those sorts of highly extended nipples have been documented, but are the result of genetics, not modification. It is theoretically possible to enlarge nipples by extended pumping and stretching and stuff, but it is likely to cause trauma and loss of sensation. And probably increase risk of breast cancer. Whee, breast cancer.

While something like this may be possible, I suppose, this picture has been altered and I'm pretty sure her nipples aren't really that long. If you look carefully at the one under the shirt, you'll note that the shirt conforms just a little too closely to the length of her nipple.

I'd say this picture has been photoshopped for your pleasure. Or to make you go EWWW.
