I'm thinking of getting my nipples pierced, so here I am, asking you guys (and bi/lesbian girls), do you find that sexy on a woman?
Do you prefer one or both nipples pierced?
Do you think it looks nicer with a ring or barbell jewelry?

It is entirely your choice, but be cognizant of the chore of constant care you will assume and if it will be worth it for you.

I vote yes, but I would never do it. I thought about it and asked people on here their opinions a few years back. In the end, I decided against doing it.

I would say do it, my wife has both of her pierced, barbell is definately sexier. Vertical looks really cool because it is different, but our piercer recommended against it, said it might not heal as well. She said it hurt but not all that bad. I myself have a surface piercing of the nape of my neck and my frenum(underside of the penis, near the head). My frenum did not hurt at all, just a small pinch, my neck hurt quite a bit, but only beause it took a while. Th nipples are quick so not too bad. Hope it helps

Personally I do find piercings, particularly nipples, sexy on women. I think it looks more complete with both pierced. It appears "lopsided" with just one pierced. I like semi circular bead rings over barbells.

Additionally I have my nipples pierced. I have a total of 14 piercings. My nipples were the MOST painful of all my piercings. With each piercings my entire breast hurt inmensly. Would I do it again? Absolutely! In fact I have taken them out three times, let them close up and repierced them. They take quite a while to completely heal. Anywhere from 6 months to a year to be completely healed. The only problem I ever had was from not rotating them enough. Otherwise never any problems or complications.

If you get it professionally done, a good piercer should only use semi circular barbells or a circular bead ring. The barbell doesn't allow for necessary healing. If you sleep naked you will need to wear a bra or a tank during the healing process. Don't mistakenly allow someone to suck them until the healing is 100% complete. The mouth is a haven for bacteria and you will feel it. I used to do saline soaks which significantly reduced the healing period.

Oh, and once you get to the point where you want to change your jewlery take an ibuprofen and exercise tons of patience and caution. It will be excrutiantingly painful at first. It's tricky going from one hole to the other at first but once you get the hang out it, it's super easy and far less painful.

Lastly, I NEVER had any type of pleasureable sensation in my nipples prior to having them pierced. They were like dead until I had them pierced. Now, even feeling the wind or cool air from the car a/c on them is exciting!
