Nipple Piercing?? Pros/cons??

I am a 35F with relatively small (36B) breasts. They have always been super sensitive and I love having them played with, whether by another person, with my vibrator, or with nipple clamps. Curious about others experiences with getting them pierced? Does it heighten sensitivity? Can you still wear nipple clamps? Any drawbacks?

Not a woman but I had one of mine done years ago, and I knew a couple of women who got them done around the same time. It definitely heightened sensitivity for me, I can't tell you about using clamps though.

One thing to know is that it might make your areola peel every few months as if its sunburnt. It's not sore, and it clears after a couple of days, but it is a bit alarming the first time!
