When you get your nipple(s) peirced, does the nipple stay erect all the time or will it go flat again? If it does go flat, when you are aroused, and the nipple pops back up, does it feel different, stimulating or anything?

I have my nipple periced. It's not hard all the time but I did notice that it is about twice the size as my other one. this is due to the fact that the ring is in it.
