I am writing a story about an abducted sex slave.
She is going to be made to have her nipples, and her clit hood pierced with rings.
I need help with
a, the procedure,
and b, the aftercare

Being a man, I dont want to guess, I want it to be accurate, and would appreciate any help, or info, from the lovely ladies of the BDSM Cafe

I am in an argumentative mood but I don't agree your statement for two reasons.

1. Unless you have been both M & F then not sure how accurately you can make this comment. It also depends on the person and pain levels etc.

2. Men do not have the (potentially) active milk glands surrounding the actual nipple so unless you have man tits that can be milked ~

I think I can answer this...

Nipples are all pretty standard, and no there is no freezing. Just marking and remarking for straightness. With women, gravity is taken into account.

As for clitoral hood piercing, there are varieties. Most commonly for the hood is a vertical placement. Mostly barbells are used for these for comfort's sake. If you want to use rings for aesthetic appeal, I'll describe the horizontal type.

Go in, sign some forms, go the restroom and clean up with a wipe. Come out, go into the procedure room and drop trou. Standing directly in front of the piercer, they will have a glance at your anatomy and do some sizing. Using a felt tip pen they will mark entry and exit placement. You turn around and have a glance for yourself in the mirror and give the yea or nay. Lay down on your back in the recliner and spread em. Your piercer will place a recieving tube on either the right or left side of the hood, depending on preference. A little lube on the needle will stop the catching effect. " Breathe in breathe out breathe in breathe out" on the final exhale a quick pinch and burning sensation malrs the experience of the neele. there may even be a pop depending on the piercee. A tug and a bit of pressure enses as the piercer "threads" the jewlery in as the needle makes it's way out. Once through,. you pop on the bead and thats that.

Dial antibacterial soap in the morning and at night. 6-8 weeks healing period (sex may not be a good idea, lots of extra fluids and its a bit tender). Your body is sterile to it's own urine so nothihng to worry about there. You can use ear care piercing solution to clean throughout the day, but its better to use the LITHA method of heal, Leave It The Hell Alone. If you arent clenaing it, dont fuck with it during this healing period.

i jsut want to clarify somehting with the original post.
No clit piercing.
It's a lovely fantasy piercing, but you need the right anatomy and a VERY expierenced piercer, and even then you still have a 25% chance for nerve damage. If i ever saw "clit piercing" in a story i'd cringe and loose all intrest... Labia, hood, triangle, christina, deep hood, fourchette, shit i'd take a princess albertina over a clit piercing (not practcle during intercourse but possible).

and actually a nipple is a nipple is a nipple. same thing for men and women. What they are attached to and their size is what differs. men have the same milk duct exits in their nipples as women, they just can not produce milk. They are vestigial structures. I knwo some women who didn't feel that much pain at all getting their nipples pierced, i know some guys who cried like little bitches when they got theirs done, i know girls who cried and guys who didn't mind it. it's all very person to person basis.
tits are not the same, nipples are though.

The best/worst part of my triangle( deep hood) was the clamp that the piercer gripped and held my clitoral nerve up with, so he could pierce underneath.
There's a play you could use.
My nip piercing was relatively painless, but the initial few days increase in sensitivity was worth it to the extent I have often considered letting them close and getting them repierced for that alone. Or going vertical even.
My pup had ( stress past tense) tiny flat nipples and his piercer couldnt even get a clamp on and she had to do them freehand.He suffered a fair bit.They are really sensitive and somewhat larger now.
My bf had small nips and his piercer used ice to get them to stand up enough to clamp. He now wears 6 gauge rings and can take a fair weight.
So it really depends on the size of the anatomy you are dealing with, nipple wise.
I have rather largish ones and have taken 2 X 21 gauge play piercings on top of my rings.
