Is it normal for a woman to have nipple soreness the day after using clamps for the first time? Do your nipples toughen up with practice?

Answering your question from my own experience with nipple clamps (on me and on partners): yes, and yes.

For me? Definitely yes to the first question. Sore the next day, no matter how many times I've used the clamps.

But no to the second question. My nipples seem just as sensitive now as they ever were. Maybe my pain tolerance goes up, depending on the weather or whatever, but my ability to feel pain? Yep, that's still there.

Mine were sore for fully 10 days the first time clamps were used. Not an unpleasant soreness-a gentle reminder, sortof.

I had nipple soreness for at least 3 days the first time I used them the second time it was more an awareness that I had had them on. SO to answer your questions, WD, I guess my answers would be yes and yes ;)

I find a lot depends on what type of clamps I use. But in general it's still pretty much yes and yes, although there's usually still some soreness the next day. But as was mentioned before more of an enjoyable sensation vs actual pain.

I still end up sore a day or so after their use. And depending on the frequency with in a session it could be up to 3 days...and heaven forbid I have to walk into the freezer at work the next morning! *eep* is that I strong reminder!

Yeh I think it's normal and I call it lovely soreness *purrrr*

I love when my nipples are still ubersensitive few days after my Master played with me. It just reminds me I had fun :D

Seems to me you should explore the question in a practical way.

Try it yourself -- that's what I do before I do it to my subby partner.

Yes and Yes. I know also that you can toughen up your nipples on your own if you want to. Before I had my first child the Dr recommended I rub my nipples with a rough towel, and run the blowdryer over them on low to toughen them up for nursing.

Yes but I really don't remember my first time as it was before the legal age of Lit.

Now however the clamps need to have bite or weights attached in order for me to have lingering soreness. Sandpaper however works wonder for that effect.
