jock you goof, think Mata Hari. Real spy woman, she was Gypsy I think, slept with the leaders and generals and whatnot of alot of countries got them to spill secrets left and right. Kinda amazing how much dirt you can get a guy to spill after you get him off and before he falls asleep. 
There is a problem though, to get people to spill their guts after sex, you gotta do em alot, the first time you sleep with a guy and start talking he clams up the instant you start talking about a state secret, even if it's something basic like how many men are in this army base. Well I assume I do know they clam up quick if you start asking about something they don't wanna share.
Worse problem if your talking about a male spy sleeping with women, we tend to be a bit more awake after sex. Not to mention don't lose all of our blood to a lower head.

Anyway, I think as long as espionage has been around, sex has been involved, it's a sure-fire way to convince men to tell their secrets in exchange for sex.

Can't argue with that, men usually think with their dicks if sex is mentioned. As I said, it's an important part of espionage.

Assassin
Personally, I like the idea of making her an assassin, who uses sex to get close to her victims (lull body guards into trusting her, work her way into an organization to get close, or, in the worst case, take him out as he climaxes).
Then, of course, in some cases, she's going to like it, too, and maybe have second thoughts, or at least regrets. That's where the real stories would be.
