Last night I went to sleep pretty late, but didn't get any rest at all. Have you ever been jolted by an electric fence? It's kind of like static electricity, but stonger, and not very painful. Well last night I was jolted awake by that feeling in my stomach. It literally felt like something zapped my tummy, and I felt the contractions of the muscles responding to it.. and it made me wake up instantly. I was too scared to open my eyes, but I felt a very scary presence in my room.. but when I peeked them open, I saw nothing.

I can understand it happening once, I could say I'd been just dreaming it. But 3 or 4 times? And I still felt the muscle contraction after I woke up.

Weird, huh?

Welll gawdammit.. ya could have woke me up proper, not scare the beejesus out of me :p

God, do you have any idea how hard it is to astrally project all the way to the other side of the country and then try to wake someone up?

Sheesh you're a hard sleeper. ;)

Sounds like something out of the book Communion.

Little green men are coming to get you.

But seriously, it could just be your body reacting to something you ate. Or you may have over-exterted those muscles, and they cramped up. Many possible explanations.

Just make sure to sleep with the lights on....and get security cameras...you never know what is under your bed, or about to laser-beam you. :)

Yeah, it's weird, but maybe it's just your solar plexis nerves. I'd take it up with NurseFreakygirl before I let it spook me, if I were you. It might just be a deficiency of some kind, or other simple problem.

Angel- Hardly.. I'ma skeered of the dark, I don't sleep well.

Hey, SD in Oct looks like a go, so far. :)

The little green men, little green men, are off to get get me, to get me. :D

Patient1.. I'm not sure, I'm physically ok. It seriously felt like an electric zap to my tum-tum. I dont' know what would cause that

OMFG.. oh yeaaaah ;)

I had one last night, my dream was going... well...very nicely then this demonic creature tried to start fucking me and it woke me up and ruined my good fuck dream! Don't you just hate that?

my guess...umm...bubbles..cramps

but if it was electric shock?...well, let's just not get into the whole spontanious combustion thing:rolleyes:

hehe :D.. I'm just saying that's what it felt like. Not so much like bubbles or cramps. It could very well just be an overactive dream, it just freaked me out is all.

It is a popular condition when your leg spasms as you are falling asleep or are asleep. I don't know what it's called. It happened to me once, during a nightmare.
