Tough question.

I can think of several things that I've been called that nobody but me and the woman who used them would think were sexy or cute -- most are the kinds of things that would be offensive coming from anyone else, even a different woman.

In general, I'm a very plain-spoken sort of person and anything more elaborate than Lover, Honey, Darling, or Sweetheart just sounds contrived and silly.
