Speaking of hatchets.....

there was actually a person that did his neighbor in in Albany, GA with a weed eater.

Didn't mean to hijack the thread, it just struck me as funny.

As for alcohol, if you look at the statistics when alcohol is removed from one location the number of alcohol related accidents and fatalities rises because the people who could just go two blocks and get something to drink now have to drive many miles.
