Hello!
It seems that people with AOL and Hotmail addresses are having trouble signing up with
our newsletter. Those with AOL cannot click on the link because AOL's mailing program
doesn't support that, and Hotmail people are getting a "something is not right with that
password" message.
There are two ways you can fix this problem. First, try copying the entire link and
pasting it into your browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, whatever). It should take
you to a confirmation notice. If this doesn't work, then reply to the email, LEAVING THE
LINK (do not send us a blank email!). We will click the link from our end, and hopefully
this will work.
If you have any special issues, let us know. We cannot do anything on our end unless
you forward us the confirmation email WITH THE LINK - this is a way to keep us from
subscribing people who don't ask for the newsletter.
