What sort of RP are you looking for? What would be exciting and new? I'm pretty new at this myself, but from what I gather, all you really need is a story that people will find exciting. Once you post the premise of the story in role-playing section on Literotica, people who want to participate will contact you, or post directly in the thread if it's an open RP. I suppose you could gather people beforehand and build an RP based on combined interests, but I imagine that takes a while.
For example, if you want to play a character that is similar in attitude to you, you may post a story about a girl who is kidnapped by aliens, or seduced or blackmailed by her college professor. If you want to something else, the doors are wide open. In literature, you can write yourself as any character you wish.
