Hi, I'm a newbie to Literotica, and have a few questions about posting a series of short stories that I'm writing. The stories were inspired by my walks around our neighborhood with our three dogs. They're sort of Victorian in attitude, repressed desires and feelings, that, given the right stimulus and setting rise to the surface and bear fruit. Suffice it to say that my main character, dirty old man Me, manages to work his way and "thing" into every neighborhood damsel, and even one cute guy. All encounters start perfectly harmless at first, but one thing leads to another, and so on and so forth. Of course the one thing that doesn't ring true in this series are the after effects and after shocks. So far, none of the involved parties has killed off or seriously wounded our hero. Hey, I guess that's what makes it fiction. Anyway, I really enjoy the creative writing process and love thinking up erotic situations for my characters. So, there it is - a bit long winded. I feel I'm ok on developing a plot. I know I'll need some help with dialogue and description. What I plan to do is introduce my main characters to the Literotica group - which ever would be best and then submit my first story in the series.
I should mention, that I get really bored with the typical "plumbing" adult video where it's just one penetration after another, with no plot, no dialogue, bad acting, etc. That dissatisfaction was another reason I began to write short stories that could, at least in my mind, be an improvement over the existing plots in an XXX film. What I discovered, is that I like thinking up characters and erotic plots and putting it all down on "paper".
Granted, I have a lot of research to do on Literotica, to see what's been done, who's who, what advice is already out there. But, life is short, so I figured I cast my bread on the water and see what rises, while I do all the above research.
So, any comments, suggestions, advice, etc. would be gladly appreciated. Thanks. H
