Punishing newbies

Well now, I'm in a tough situation here. I usually welcome newbie with open arms, apologise for the rambunctious welcome from othe inmates and invite them to enjoy the hospitality of the board.

However, I am fresh into my Dr Cox persona and so now I reeeaaaly don't have time to talk to newbies.
