Hi everyone,
I'm not new to reading erotica, nor to writing fiction, but I am sort of new to writing erotica. I have the first chapter of a story posted under my name, and I submitted 2 more chapters tonight, so they should be up in a couple of days.
The feedback I've gotten has been largely positive, but I want to get some opinions from authors - people who visit the site even when they aren't jerking off.
I've read a lot of the threads in these forums and I can tell that the regulars are pretty well spoken. I want to hear from you - men and women who write, read, and can critically appraise others' efforts. Getting a smattering of applause from an audience who was on your side from the get-go is one thing, but I'd like to hear a frank appraisal from some independent sources.
I'd appreciate some input from any of you who can find the time to read my work. Be honest - what was good? What was bad? What could have been done better? In my deepest fantasies I'm a mainstream audience fiction writer who few know, but now and then my editor gets an email from me with a new bestseller attached.
I ask all of this because you've all impressed me enough that I value your appraisals. An empty compliment from someone you don't know, I'm sure, but it comes in earnest.
Thanks,
T&S
