I'm buying a laptop from a company in New York. I don't entirely trust them though. Was looking through the manufacturer's site to see if this company is an authorized dealer. Not that that really matters I guess.

From my litigation experience Manhatten & Brooklyn are New York County, Queens & Bronx are their own counties.
