Okay, so I know we've got two weeks until the new year starts, but if you are serious about making a resolution, then you've likely already given it some thought.

Post your resolutions here... and if you don't usually make a resolution, then post something you'd like to change for the upcoming year.

My resolution is this:

Rejoin Weight Watchers and stick with it this time until I reach my goal weight... even if it takes me a year and a half. I need to be healthy and this is the best way to do it.

Adding another.

When I feel like taking a nap, I'll take a walk instead. I've been cooped up too much lately.

I need to follow that one too. Too much napping going on for me lately. I think it's situational depression... if there is such a thing.

2007 will be the year I finalize my escape to the Great White North, and the lovely brown man that waits for me there. :)

cloudy's resolution should be to stop being a bitch.

great white north? brown man?

member of the KKK much? sounds like she wants to get her jollies off by lynching him. unless this guy is just a tanned, fake idiot. sounds like her type.

I've avoided making this a resolution in the past because I didn't want to make it and then screw it up but this year... I will create a weight loss program for myself and begin it over the Christmas holiday break.

Just make sure you wait until after the Christmas fesitivities are over. That way you don't set yourself up for failure during the time when all the sweet goodies come out.

Just stay on the path I've started walking...

I'm much closer to the person that I want to be than I was a few years ago...

Crim, I have a suggestion of a great resolution for you. Keep the same AV all year. :p

For myself, I'm going to start writing more and dirtier stories. :D

LOL, won't people eventually get bored of seeing the same one all the time?

I certainly won't. :p Of course, I only come online a couple days a week.

If I can stick to my resolution, then this time next year, I'll have a brand new av with a smaller ass, lol.

Not too much smaller, I hope. :D It looks great just as it is. :p

Actually, quite a bit smaller, I hope. I'm carrying way too much weight around, and I've already got a bad knee, hip, and pelvis from a car wreck. I need to lighten the load on the them.

Edited to add: I think that av might be a bit deceptive. I know my butt is bigger than it looks on there, lol.

I was going to say "Get published", but then that's not really in my hands, is it? I mean, I can put out the effort to get published...but it's kind of up to someone else to actually publish me, lol.

Hmmm...I resolve to exercise more and lose weight. Yeah, the vague resolutions are the best. :D

Say no more often.
Join the YMCA and get moving.
Start therapy.
Learn to like myself.

Write more stories.

Get more sleep.

Add an additional two miles to the six I walk now.

Bench press 100 lbs, even.

Improve my typing skills and computer knowledge.

That oughta' do it.

Peace.

Write my ass off. Get more publishing contracts. Sell more work. Get paid. Juggle this crazy double life I've got going on. It's basically a continuation of what's happening now.

resolutions jsut don't work for me - I'm too lazy to motivate myself with them.

However, I was having a ocnversation with a friend the other day, a very important conversation I think.

I'm going to keep pushing it. I'm going to keep going, doing what I'm doing and adding in things and just trying. If I don't keep going I'll stop and loose everything I've gained so far.

I can think of a bunch of resolutions that I should make, but I'm not going to because I wouldn't be abl;e to live them out.
