New Year's Resolutions

Now that the parties for the new year are done and you are settling back into life, did you do what you promised yourself? Have you stuck to any New Year resolutions to better yourself? Either as a person or for Lit story stuff?

Of course, I'll start. The old lady and I decided (again) to put the family through hell. On the 15th, we will start our first (for the ninth time?) day as non-smokers. Stupid cigarettes! Maybe this time it will work. We've got our fingers crossed. I'm thinking maybe we should wear headphones so we can't hear each other bitching all the time.

Good luck with that to both of you! I learned a long time ago, never make promises...it only sets you up for disappointment. Life has a way of going off-course and promises get compromised. Just take it one day at a time, and do the best you can do.

That kinda sucks on a 19-inch tube but it rocks on a 5-inch phone.

Meanwhile, I resolve to enjoy a painless death (my own) but hopefully not in 2017. Unless things get real shitty.
