i think it'd be a good ideal, if there was an erea where users could submit; themes, characters, and so on, and the story authors could maybe create a story around that, or have a certain aspect of the persons submission in a new story? if there is already an area of this, um "community" already dedicated to that, forgive me, i'm new

I think Volrath might be thinking more along the lines of a databank. If so that would be an interesting idea.
